The Service

The football consultancy Albena GmbH is aimed at assisting Football Clubs and/or National Football Associations who do not want to make long–term commitments to a new technical bench or do not have the financial resources to do so.
In many cases particulary Football Clubs have the need to achieve a short–term objective such as avoiding relegation, winning a tournament, qualifying for a final group stage.

The contract period

There is always a fixed-term contract. It can be for a short–term (e.g. a month), a medium–term (e.g. a quarter), a long–term (e.g. a year) duration.
Being under contract for a tournament (e.g. Olympic Games), a qualification period (e.g. African Champions League), a Meridian–Project.

Fee structure

The fee for the service will depend on the nature of the services required. Finally it is negotiable on a one or more of the following:

     –  Guaranteed basic payment.
     –  Bonus payment.
     –  Payment based on results achieved.
